- Receiver which locates 4 Satellites at the least

- A place is a specific point on Earth distinguished by particular characteristics
- Features of Earth requires geographers to distinguish similarities and differences across Earth
- Geographers describe a place on Earth by identifying its location, the position that something occupies.
